Really disappointing. I picked this hotel because it had a gym, but they charged 50 lei per person per day to use it. That felt greedy and wasn't okay. We left after one day because we had another hotel waiting in Braşov with a better gym that was free. Breakfast was average, and nobody came to receive us. There's no escalator, and we had to carry heavy suitcases up to the second floor. The towels were old and fluffy, and we found a cockroach on the floor. The bed was nice, the room was clean, and the housekeeper was friendly. I'm giving two stars only because the receptionists, Robert and a girl whose name I can't remember, were very kind and friendly. Thank you! 🙏 Sorry, but I can't recommend this hotel, even though I really wanted to. 😕

We stayed at this nice hotel in August 2025 and arrived in the evening. The kitchen was open until 10:30, and dinner was good. The Romanian staff spoke English. The swimming pool opened at 10 AM and was fantastic. Some other reviews said the water was cold, but I can't confirm that, it was really okay. I honestly can recommend this hotel. Thanks to the staff for doing a good job!

The room was large, and the staff were friendly. We also had free parking and access to a free jacuzzi. But the bed and sheets were really poor. We had to ask for the heating to be switched on when we arrived, then ask for toilet paper and shower gel the next day because they hadn't been replaced after the room was cleaned. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom.

I came to Sighișoara with my wife to visit the church and stayed at hotel korona. The reception was very good, and everything outside seemed fine, but the room was really dirty. I found a cockroach, which felt awful. The service wasn't good either, so I was disappointed.

The service was awful, one of the worst places I've seen in Romania. I'm really sorry to say it, but I wasn't happy with how we were treated. I can't recommend it.
