We got detailed check-in information, and arrival went smoothly. The location, service, and rooms were all perfect. Breakfast was great too, though it could be improved a little by adding some hotdogs.

The proprietress was so warm and polite, and the service was excellent. 🙏

If you’re lucky enough to get a garden-facing room, it’s a great place. Otherwise, the road and big trucks from the national road make it very noisy. The service and employees were terrible to deal with. I’ve been here a week, and no one has checked the rooms or changed the sheets. Rubbish is left there, and the food is horrendous, with the cheapest and unhealthiest breakfast products. It feels like staying at a hostel, though I’m paying for service and room service that never happens. Things get worse each day, and the staff and service are horrible and unprofessional. The reply says it all, and the things pointed out are false too. Professionalism means being able to handle criticism and complaints, address them, and improve, not offend clients. This is my honest experience and opinion.

There’s constant noise day and night because the rooms are right beside a very busy road. Other hotels in the city center are cheaper. Breakfast offered very little choice: there were some cereals, but no milk for them, not even in the coffee machine. Despite the advertised four stars, cleaning isn’t included until you leave. Disappointing compared with other city center hotels.
