The rooms are roomy and have everything needed, and Bastion sits right by the stairs leading up to the Church on the Hill, with the other sights close by. We could hear some noise in the ground-floor rooms, but it didn't bother us. Thanks to the staff for making us feel welcome.

We had a cozy, really nice stay. The owner was cool and took care of everything for us. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel restaurant served tasty food.

The rooms have a clean, modern take on a traditional look. Bastion is right up on the old citadel, which is a lovely spot. We had no meal option during our stay, and the wooden doors don't block much sound, so it could get noisy at times. We enjoyed ourselves and may come back sometime.

The service was really good, and so was the food.
