Complex La Tunuri - Vila Economat

The room was even better than the cold August weather suggested: when it felt chilly inside, they brought us a heater right away. We first had a spacious room overlooking Peles Castle but without a terrace. When we said we'd rather have one, the receptionist quickly moved us to another equally excellent room at the top of a small tower, with an extra romantic feel. The staff really cared about our comfort, and the service was better than at many 4- and 5-star hotels we've visited. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds, and the rooms looked just like the photos. Daily cleaning, fresh towels and complimentary coffee refills were included. Both the rooms and the villa's main entrances are locked, so we felt completely safe. Everything needed for a pleasant stay was there, and the atmosphere made us feel like royalty. Breakfast is ordered from a wide à la carte menu. It felt much like a buffet in terms of choice, but without unnecessary food waste. The food was tasty, the atmosphere pleasant and the service flawless. Parking was the only real drawback. The villa uses a public area reserved for locals, with limited spaces that often aren't enough. It would be great if some spots could be set aside for villa guests. We were absolutely delighted with Villa Economat. It felt like a five-star stay, and we were genuinely treated as guests.
