The service was very, very bad, and the staff weren't professional. I had an awful experience and don't even want to remember it. The other bad reviews here match what happened to me. Think twice, or more, before going. Don't go, even if you don't have kids!
The room was pretty clean, but the bed was uncomfortable and the walls were very thin. They need to pay more attention to the details.

It was an unpleasant stay. They forgot we were coming and gave our room to someone else; when we arrived, the response was just a shrug. We had a two-year-old with us, and the place didn't feel child friendly. Getting to the top floor meant using the fire escape, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. The room number was written on the price pictures at the shop. Both of our rooms had door problems: one could only be locked with a key, and the other could leave you stuck inside unless you used the key. Sound carried easily between rooms. In places the parquet didn't fit properly and had been covered with mats. We were lucky to have one right in our room. Their attitude seemed to be, 'Let it go like that.'
