The pizzas are great, and I'd been here numerous times before, but after this visit I won't be back. I waited 10 minutes after arriving without anyone noticing me. Then I asked to order a pizza for outside, and a staff member said it was too cold for her to deliver. It was 13 degrees outside. Worse, I saw a whole tomato fall from a dish onto the floor. The young waitress picked it up, put it back on the plate, then brought the food to a table with several young children. Both female waitresses saw it. There was no service, no hygiene standard, and no regard for customers' health or safety. This happened Sunday 9th of November between 2:10-2:25. I hope management deals with this serious incident properly.

The restaurant smelled strongly of cheese, which was horrible, though the pizza itself was really good.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the focaccia I ordered was delicious. I wouldn't recommend staying in the hostel, though. The rooms are small and uncomfortable, with no fridge or table, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. After 10 o'clock, you have to call staff every time to open the gate and entrance.

I'd recommend the restaurant, but not so much the rooms. The restaurant is Italian, with a good choice of dishes, cold beer, great food, and awesome staff. No complaints there. The accommodation was so-so. I visited in summer, and there was no air conditioner. After a cold shower and drying off, I started sweating again right away and had to take another cold shower.
