I was disappointed with how things went. I called to ask about availability and was offered two rooms in a different villa. When I got there, I waited about 30 minutes for receptionist Nela. Once she arrived, she sent us with a young girl who didn’t know anything about the rooms or the property. The rooms were on the top floor and had no AC. I had to discuss it with the rest of my family, since I’d told them my wife and kids were coming too. As it was late in the evening, we decided to take them. About 10 minutes after I came back, I was told the receptionist had gone home. That’s the kind of respect you get here. Hopefully you get lucky and receive better treatment.

We were there with family at Easter. The rooms weren’t clean, and although the towels were clean, they were very old, with worn edges. The food was bad, and they served breakfast food left over from the previous night. The online presentation also uses photos from a different location. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The place itself is nice, with activities including tennis, table tennis, billiards, and a kids’ park. But the payment was a problem: we paid for two apartments for 6 people and got one apartment, charged at the price of two plus extra. The breakfast spread was always empty, so we had to keep asking for refills. There were broken doors, and we were told, “don’t worry, no one will come in.” There was no toilet paper or cleaning, and the staff were rude.
