Hotel Venus

It's well located, with easy access to the springs, supermarket, bus station, park, and other essentials. The hotel has three elevators for its ten floors, plus medical treatments, meals, a conference hall, a fitness and aerobics room, sauna, and terrace. It's a busy place, and the view is really beautiful. Staff were friendly, and I had a nice stay. It's a 2-star hotel and provides what you pay for. The furniture, TV, floor, shower, sink, and most other things are old. There's no air conditioning or fridge, but clean towels, sheets, and soap are provided.

The food was disgusting, with no spices, and there were problems with the hot water. The staff were very rude. They treated the local dog like an object: one man kicked it and drew on its fur with a marker.

The view was the only good part for me. The staff were very rude, the food wasn't tasty at all, maybe 3/10, and the rooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned. I went with some friends, but I won't be coming back.

On the 8th floor, we found two broken glasses on the balcony, mold in the bathroom, a toilet that was almost black inside, and an exposed electrical wire. The beds were very hard, and the pillows were so thin they were almost invisible, about 1/4 inch thick. It smelled like it was from the 20s. The elevator was small, there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and the TV looked like it was from 1970. Not suitable for families with kids, or really anyone.
