K, we saw the beautiful lake and wanted something to eat, so hotel diamond was where we headed. We really liked the food. My mom's meal didn't arrive, and when the waiter came over he asked, "But you don't want to eat something?" Mom said she did, and he had probably forgotten. He apologized, of course. If the employees read this, it's no problem about the food, these things have happened to us plenty of times too 😂👍🏻

The restaurant was a mess. We waited more than two hours for simple food, grilled chicken with wedges, because "one of us ordered grilled fish." Prices were above average for awful quality. The schnitzel was nearly raw inside, with some parts still bloody, and I'm worried about food poisoning. They brought our food, then took 20 minutes to tell me they were out of garlic sauce. They gave me double gorgonzola sauce instead, which I think was fine. Everything arrived late and was undercooked, bland, or awful.

We wanted to give the place a chance despite the reviews, but couldn't reach anyone to discuss a reservation. Nobody answered the phone, and we couldn't book through booking either. This is Romania, guys, wonderful places but too bad it's inhabited. The only good thing is the views in the pictures. I don't know why people keep doing the same thing over and over, like we did :)

The real place doesn't match the pictures, and it wasn't very clean. The food was average, and after two nights here I got food poisoning. We were a large group on a team-building trip, and more than 50% of us got food poisoning. The view really is great, but the unfriendly staff, cleanliness, and outdated facilities ruined the experience.

The rooms and lounge both had cleanliness problems, and restaurant service moved slowly. Worse, we got severe food poisoning, which turned our three-day stay into three more days of sick leave. Handy if you’re trying to lose weight fast.
