The place was clean and nice. Just make sure you know how to reach the owner and get the keys.

The apartment was the low point of an otherwise worthwhile trip to a city I’d recommend visiting. It was dirty, run down, poorly managed, and the rooms were tiny. We booked two bedrooms, but only one had a window, while the other had none. The entry door was in bad shape and wouldn’t lock, and the entrance and stairwell had an overpowering smell of urine or possibly dead animals. We got one bath towel each and, for four people, just one face towel. There was no bath mat, so we used that towel on the floor after showering. When I told the host we needed more linens, he said I could stay at a hotel for €200 a night if I wanted them. Photos attached. It was a terrible experience.
