We'd booked for 10 days, but left after only 3. The room came with half a roll of toilet paper, and there was no maid around to ask for more. Water was shut off for 6-7 hours, so we had to find a toilet in town. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the balcony's plastic chair was broken and unstable. Reception answered every request with “I don't know.” When we ran into the owner and mentioned the chair, she said we should pay for it ourselves. The mattress looked a bit dirty, and the bathroom smelled strange. I wouldn't recommend these conditions to anyone. The attitude, tone, and service felt worse than in Ceausescu's time.

What a fairy tale, in the worst way. Over three days we had to put up with mold and sewage smells, and there weren't enough staff to provide the room cleaning we needed. The access road is badly damaged, and getting there means climbing about 40 steps. Nothing good about it.

The rooms were dirty, had no ventilation, and smelled strongly of mold. During our three days, nobody came in to change a towel, empty the trash, vacuum, or leave toilet paper. Nothing at all. Yet the prices are on par with 3-4 star hotels and guesthouses. The location is very high up and far from the resort center, with a badly damaged access road and difficult parking. Avoid it.

The villa's food was good and the service impeccable, but the cleanliness was far from acceptable. Over 16 days, our room was cleaned just once. There was no hot water, and the rooms were cold. Heating only ran for 30 minutes in the morning and evening. I do not recommend it to anyone.
