I like the setting here. Being by both the park and the lake makes for a pleasant feel and some really nice walks. The staff seem mostly friendly and helpful, and the price is okay too. Every so often, Wi-Fi or air conditioning problems get in the way. If those issues weren't there, this would easily be five stars. As it is, it's a mostly reliable and comfortable place, so I'd give it four.

On my most recent visit, the service was poor. The young guy didn't know he should recommend a side dish with the main course. Our dessert arrived cold, and the Gorgonzola chicken was a small portion, thin and dry.

They were friendly every time we made a request for our little girl. The food was tasty, with decent portions, and the hotel was clean and properly cleaned each day.

A cozy bed, clean room, nice place to stay, and good food. But I found a sharp piece of glass in my beer, and it ended up on my tongue, luckily not in my stomach. When I asked for a replacement, the restaurant chief seemed reluctant to give me another one.

I can't speak to the hotel, only the restaurant. The service was poor, and the waitress seemed inexperienced. There wasn't much choice on the menu. We tried two soups, both just average, and the main courses were mixed, with some okay and some a total disaster. I won't go back.
