The room was clean, renovated, and much nicer than the old photos suggest. For three of us, the quadruple room had a double bed and a pullout sofa, but we had to make up the sofa ourselves, which felt odd at this price. Breakfast came with a 30 RON allowance per person at the hotel restaurant. It was just okay, and the coffee was pretty bad. Even so, Hotel Central still seems like one of the better places to stay in Slobozia: there aren't many options, the rooms look good, and the price is reasonable. We stayed in September 2024.

The food was good and the staff professional, but room 108 was a bad choice. Four loud air-conditioning units and a kitchen vent below the window made it hard to sleep, and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Room 107 may have the same noise problem. The conference room was under construction, too. This place is overrated on Maps and Booking. Staff: 4 stars. Food: 4 stars. Facilities: 0.5 stars, with basic rooms and a restaurant that has outdoor seating. Quietness: 0 stars.

We stopped for lunch while passing through Slobozia. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, and the waiters were especially welcoming and attentive. I'd choose this restaurant again if I return to the city.

We booked spa room 101, but the room was extremely hot and the air conditioning didn't work. We had to leave the windows open, and the street noise kept us awake. When we turned on the jacuzzi, the water came out brown with little black bits and pubic hair. Disgusting 🤮. Mariana served us. The food arrived cold, and the dessert was dry. Her attitude was rude, like she couldn't be bothered. When we asked for soup, she said very arrogantly that it had run out. After this experience, we do not recommend the hotel.

We had a great evening eating here. The food was amazingly good, and the staff took care of everything we needed. A nice place to enjoy a little quiet time on a busy day.
