The house and garden were beautiful and clean, and so were the surroundings, but there was no interest in helping tourists. Even though the mistake on Booking.com was ours, they only offered a mattress on the floor for our child. It was an old, stained bed mattress. We explained that there might have been an error since we always book for two adults and our 11-year-old, but the reply was very blunt: they couldn’t help because the house was small. Such a shame, especially after we’d given Romanian tourism another chance.🙄
