We've returned to this Ensana Complex for a second stay, and the prices feel reasonable for what you get. Ursina is clean and comfortable, with small but cosy, well-kept rooms. Both spa facilities are very good, and breakfast and dinner are okay. The staff are so friendly and helpful I'd give them six out of five stars if I could. Highly recommended.
The hotel left us with a good impression, and what you get is worth the price. We did find some unexpected things in our bed, as shown in the photo below. Still, bear in mind it's a three-star hotel, and for that rating they're doing a very good job.
As a first-time guest, I found it exceeded my expectations by a lot. It's a three-star hotel with facilities that feel like four-star ones. The room was soundproof, and the bathroom facilities were similar to those in a four-star hotel. Breakfast and dinner were Swedish buffet style, and the spa was good. A Turkish sauna or bath would be a welcome addition. Wheelchair access also needs improvement, including access that makes it possible to move luggage and suitcases around.
We had a wonderful vacation here, with a great location, lovely food, and extra things to do for a healthy lifestyle.
