I couldn't book a massage for any of the three days I was there because there was no availability. In a spa, that isn't acceptable. Please hire more people. I also felt misled about the Bronze member discount. The receptionist said it couldn't be applied because I'd booked a “spring offer,” but I bought it in September. Then I was told it was a Black Friday offer, also supposedly in September. If the price was the same as what I'd have paid with my Bronze discount all year, then it wasn't really an offer. Calling it one felt like false marketing. Prices across the board have gone up unreasonably since last year, but I still booked six nights. When I asked to add one more night so I could spend more at your hotel, spa, and restaurant, the price quoted was crazy. I moved to another nearby hotel and was very happy there. I'm seriously considering choosing somewhere else next year.

Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we enjoyed the facilities during a couple of days at the hotel, along with visits around the area. The pools had much more chlorine than we expected, and it affected our eyes. It was also much busier over the weekend. We would have appreciated conditioner in the room and some single-use slippers.

Our first visit to Ensana was such a good experience that we came back and even booked a second room for our parents as an anniversary present. This time, though, we were extremely disappointed. Our room wasn't clean, there were no bathrobes when we checked in even though we only got access after 14:30 pm, the shower water was cold, and the restaurant had a poor food selection on our first day. We weren't happy overall.

The rooms are comfortable and the food is very good. The location is right in the heart of the resort, and the spa facilities are truly exceptional.
