I loved exploring town and learning about the Romanian sculptor Brâncuşi. His megalithic works, commissioned in the 1930’s, are spaced around the city, so I could discover them while walking and stop for coffee along the way. The location is also easy to reach from the train station, even with luggage. At Aqua Hotel, I had a comfortable room and bathroom for my two-night stay, enjoyed lunch on the terrace, and had a quiet dinner indoors my first night. A very nice place.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the restaurant food was tasty with decent portions. I loved the dim lighting there. The room and bathroom were spotless, with a modern look, and that roomy shower was great. Breakfast came with the stay, though it was a little underwhelming. Still, top place!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel feels much more modern than most around here. It’s very good value. Breakfast was included, with a limited choice, but I enjoyed it. The restaurant was okay too. My burger arrived cold and burnt, though the rest of the food was good.

The receptionist was helpful and the location was good. I slept well in a comfy room, with a great shower, and liked the breakfast. The only downside for me was the rather dark atmosphere.
