The hosts were so friendly, and the kitchen was very well equipped. I stayed one night and was amazed by the large, beautiful room and private bathroom, which made for a really cozy atmosphere. I definitely recommend it!

We were able to leave our motorbikes somewhere secure overnight. The rooms have a modern design, are very clean and well cared for, and the bathroom is hotel-grade. The AC is strong and so is the WiFi. Gigi offered to host us for dinner, and accepting was the best decision of the year :) We had a fabulous three-course meal of our choice, made with home-grown vegetables and delicious meat, plus house wine and a lovely chocolate soufflé. Breakfast was just as delicious and good as dinner. Communication with the host was quick, pleasant, and polite, both in writing and in person. Gigi and his lovely family are amazing hosts who go above and beyond for their guests.

The owner really made this stay for me. He’s a lovely man, and I got a great history lesson about Târgu Jiu and Brâncuși. The house itself was spotless, with large rooms, a roomy clean bathroom, air conditioning, and a big TV. I’d happily return. Good job!

Gigi was a pleasant, really knowledgeable host, and his tips gave us a much better understanding of the city and the places we visited. The accommodation was excellent value for money.
