The team were so warm, polite, and helpful, and extending my stay by a few nights was no trouble at all. I’ll miss the tasty coffee and having breakfast out on the terrace. The hotel is about 1.5-2 km from the city center or train station, which wasn’t too far for me.

My partner and I spent nearly £200 for two nights, and both of our AirPods went missing from our room. Mine had been in my coat pocket, which was rummaged through and moved when the room was cleaned. The receptionist seemed unconcerned and said nothing had been handed in. We felt the service for that price was appalling. I’m disgusted, and I’d warn people to keep their valuables safe.

The decor feels dated, but everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. For a low-cost stay, I thought it was a great deal.

The staff were pleasant and respectful, which was the one bright spot. The room was dirty, the AC didn’t work, and the beds were uncomfortable. There were stains and nails on the carpet, I couldn’t connect to the wireless internet, and the shower cabin door was broken. Hard to believe this is still rated three stars.

There’s plenty of parking, and the place is clean and away from the city noise. The room was big enough for our family with a little child. It had the usual facilities, and breakfast was included.
