Hotel Sandoria

A good 3-star hotel with a large parking area, clean rooms and bathrooms, and comfortable beds. Breakfast was the weak point: you have to order from a menu, the waitress was kind of rude, and we waited a while. There were no gluten-free options.

The hotel was great, and one receptionist was especially helpful and spoke excellent English. I wish I could remember her name. She switched me from a ground-floor room without a balcony or a good view to a really beautiful room with a balcony. I'll try to get her name tomorrow. Great customer service means a lot on holiday, especially after the really bad experience I had the night before with the previous night's receptionist. The restaurant wasn't that exciting. The service could be better, and the food was okay.

For a short stay around Targu Mures, it's a good option, with a price that's hard to beat for a 3-star hotel. In very hot weather, though, the ventilation may struggle to cool a room on the fourth floor. Still, it's okay overall.

The restaurant serves good local dishes, and the rooms are clean with beautiful wooden furniture. It's the best quality for the price in town.
