The restaurant has been renovated, but the amazing breakfast and coffee are still there. There are two elevators, and the rooms are okay, with pretty good sound insulation. If traffic noise bothers you, you can ask for a courtyard view. Parking isn't very large, but you can park in the courtyard, with the entrance off to one side. Each time I come, the standards are consistent and customer needs are met as well as possible, with a few exceptions. Some newer, younger employees seem less experienced and keen to make things better. The welcome at reception was exceptional. For a couple of other questions, including how to pay for front parking or about the free hours, I needed a clear answer, but was told to go outside and read the sign. No more comment on that one. I do recommend this place.

Traffic noise outside is really disturbing, even from the back of the hotel. The place itself is nice, clean and well located in the city, with friendly staff and good service. Special thanks to the breakfast restaurant team.

We're from Australia and were cycling around the world when my husband needed surgery for sciatica. We stayed here nearly four weeks while he recovered. Everyone, including housekeeping, showed us compassion and made a difficult time as pleasant as they could. The Balinese lady deserves a special mention. I could chat freely with her in English, and she was very kind to me. The food, location and comfortable rooms were lovely too. That care from the staff makes this hotel special. I highly recommend it.

Reception remembers the little details, and they never make you feel like a request is too much. The rooms could use an upgrade, and the air con could be better, but they're always spotless. The service is first class.

Everything was just a short walk away, thanks to the central location, which made exploring the city easy. The hotel has a modern, stylish design that still feels comfortable and inviting. It was spotless throughout, adding to the comfort, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive in every interaction. A fantastic four star hotel and a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend it for modern style, convenience and excellent service.
