There was still plenty to do with the little ones in early spring, though I imagine a summer visit would be even more fun. It’s a really nice place for a vacation with kids. The food was very good, the rooms were nice, and the spa was good enough.

The mountain setting is amazing, right in the heart of the mountains, but that’s pretty much all I liked. I’m not a fancy person, but the hotel feels old and neglected. The rooms are falling apart, everything looks worn out and decaying, as if it hasn’t been renovated in ages. We had all inclusive, and their claims about bio food felt like a joke. The food seemed either frozen or fast food. Breakfast was lacking, with very limited choices, and there was nothing healthy for the children. Maybe being so far from anywhere else is why they serve such lousy food. The whole hotel smells of food, and you can smell it everywhere. I don’t understand how people are satisfied with this. I’m deeply disappointed and left with a bad taste. It feels like they’re trying to squeeze out all the cash they can without spending anything. I will never come back.

We had an amazing weekend here. The rooms were wonderful and the food was great. Shops were a bit far away, but that made it more peaceful for us. We came as a family of two adults, two kids, and a beagle, who made a friend for life. I recommend it 100%.

The internet was the one issue. There’s wireless, but it didn’t work properly, and at times I couldn’t even connect to the network, probably because too many others were using the bandwidth. The location is very nice, especially for kids or anyone who enjoys mountain hikes.
