I called reception to check that the spa was open to the public too. The woman hung up when she couldn’t speak English. She didn’t ask if I spoke another language or apologize. It felt really rude, and I’m glad I decided not to visit.

I didn’t stay overnight, so I can’t comment on the rooms. I used the SPA and was impressed at first, though looking around more closely, it felt pretty basic for the price of a four-hour visit. The coffees and water were priced normally for a SPA, and the place was clean. The women’s changing room could use some attention, as the toilets were damaged. It was okay overall.

The resort is lovely, and the rooms were clean and looked great. The spa is modern, with different saunas, a jacuzzi, and a pool. The two massage therapists were professional and gave us a great massage. We also liked the food, though I’d suggest using a different kind of cheese in the carbonara.
