The building and apartment both use password entry, so we didn't need keys. Before our arrival, the owner sent clear instructions and replied quickly when we messaged with questions, but left us to ourselves unless we contacted him. We stayed six nights and had a great time. The apartment was genuinely clean and well kept, which matters a lot to us. We booked two bedrooms and were surprised by how spacious the place was, about 90 m². It had a huge balcony, a big living room, two king-size beds, a full bathroom with a toilet, a separate extra toilet, and a proper entry hall. It felt like a home. The kitchen had everything we could think of, including a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom, handy for a longer stay or a family. The market, pharmacy, and bakery on the building's ground floor were useful, especially with kids. It's around a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, and the tram is an easy option too. We were there around New Year, and walking to the Christmas markets was a pleasure, with no need to drive or look for parking. Smoking and pets aren't allowed, which we liked because the apartment felt fresh and clean. A comfortable, well-equipped place that was thoughtfully managed. We'd gladly return, especially for a family trip or longer visit.

The setup felt private and homey, with a separate PIN for each door, so there were no keys to keep track of. Check-in was straightforward for us. Just read the instructions carefully and it should be fine. Our one-bedroom apartment was huge, with ceilings at least 3 meters high. The kitchen was stocked with all sorts of useful things, from a corkscrew and chopsticks to oven gloves, a toaster, kettle, fridge, and freezer. It's one of the smartest places I've stayed: monitors show water use, there's temperature control and a camera at the downstairs entrance, plus a phone. Wi-Fi was flawless, with a router in every room. We had a big comfortable bed, a large balcony with seating where you can relax or smoke, and access to a gym with everything needed and a ping-pong table. Parking was plentiful. Carrefour, a pharmacy, and a small betting booth were nearby, and the shawarma place downstairs was excellent. They also include a free cleaning service during the stay, and the hosts are quick to reply on WhatsApp and happy to bring extra blankets, towels, or other things you need. The windows look both outside and toward the gym inside, but you can close the blinds for privacy. I have no complaints. I could live here full-time! The modern architecture is fascinating, too. If you're visiting Timișoara, stay here.
