Bright Studio in Old Town

The apartment's location and size were good, and the double bed was comfortable. But we stayed in a Deluxe apartment and had no hand soap or bathrobes. The Booking photos were misleading. There were three adults and a baby, yet we got only two large shower towels. The sofa bed was barely sleepable because it had no slatted base. We had requested a baby cot during the reservation, and the request had been approved well in advance. When we arrived, there was no cot in the room. Reception then gave us a large standard cot without a mattress, with a thick duvet and a big pillow. For a baby aged 0-6 months, that could easily cause suffocation. If I'd known this was what we'd be given, I would never have booked. Luckily, we had brought a carry cot, so our baby slept in that instead. At checkout, the reception staff didn't even apologize, though we told them we were unhappy with the service. This really doesn't feel like a four-star hotel. The listing says baby cots are provided for children aged 0 to 2, but our experience didn't match that.
