Hotel Alexandra

We paid 150 RON for a double room with breakfast included. The room was clean, the staff polite, and the food very good. It's a good deal for the price range. The only downside is that there are no balconies.

The restaurant had only opened two days earlier, so I was really surprised by how good it was. There were four of us, and we ate there twice. Everything was exceptionally good, and breakfast was very good too. The rooms are clean.

I went to the restaurant twice, and both visits left me with negative feedback. The service felt disrespectful. We waited 30 minutes for fries and falafel, and the plate arrived cold. Nobody comes to the table to take your order; they just bring long coffee. When I asked for a cappuccino, I got a disgusted look, and they never brought it. I was halfway through eating when someone came to take my plate, although my knife and fork weren't positioned to show I was finished. I had to grab it back. He didn't ask, just assumed.

The location is convenient, with the city centre and nearby markets close by, and there's a large hotel car park that's free. Prices are fine, the staff are nice, and the rooms are clean, good, and well equipped. Breakfast was nice too. I recommend it.
