Hotel Silva

We arrived around 02:00 on the night of the 29th-30th, and less than five minutes after booking through booking, we received a WhatsApp message with help and information. I visit hotels often, but don’t always get the feeling we had here. My questions were answered quickly and professionally, and I’m very satisfied. Breakfast was tasty, and the place was new, modern, and super clean. I hadn’t planned to stay two days, but extended because I really didn’t want to leave. The team were kind and polite. I recommend booking this hotel. Five stars easily. Thank you!

I called to book and asked whether they could bill my husband and me separately for the same room, so the cost would fit the range allowed by our institution. The receptionist said she had to ask the manager, then hung up while I was saying to make the reservation anyway. I’ve never seen potential clients treated so rudely and unprofessionally. If she didn’t know, she could have asked instead of ending the call. Unreal. P.S. Being told to check where I’d called was rich. I have screenshots showing your number. Like owners, like employees, very “professional” indeed!

I stayed here for work and was pleasantly surprised by the privacy, cleanliness, quality finishes, distinctive design, and fresh, pleasant smell. The staff speak English and are extremely kind. The minibar is affordable, and it’s perfect for a nice evening with colleagues. Breakfast included traditional dishes cooked on the spot, which was a surprisingly pleasant touch. I recommend it with confidence and honesty.

The location worked perfectly for being near the university and city center, and we really enjoyed our stay. They took good care of us. The place was very clean, with no bugs, despite what some other reviews said. The radiator was quiet and warmed up quickly. The shower was really good and warm, and the bathroom mirror was gorgeous.
