The staff are kind and polite, especially Ms.Lumi. The hotel has clean, pretty rooms, a parking lot, and a great breakfast. It's also close to the city center and shopping mall julius.

The price was very high, and the top floor was really hot. Fortunately, the air conditioning worked and the bed was comfortable. A nice surprise at breakfast was the lady offering to cook our eggs fresh.

10/10
The food is good and breakfast was fine. The location is solid, around a 10-minute walk to the center. Everything else was perfect, though I'd give the rooms four stars because the pillows were small.

The staff are nice, though I sometimes find Romanian English hard to understand. It's a cozy hotel with modern, clean rooms. We had air conditioning and a small fridge. The space is limited, but it provides basic comfort.

The owners were so polite and nice that I felt like part of the family the whole time. The reception gave outstanding customer service. Highly recommended, 10/10!
