Nora Prestige Timisoara

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly, but I wouldn't stay here again because of the shower. Its old copper mixer tap was corroded and left a bad smell on my hands. The clogged shower head sprayed in every direction, the water pressure couldn't be adjusted, and there was nowhere to hang the shower head, making it awkward to use. We couldn't try the pool because it closes early. There was also no elevator, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the second floor.

The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like an angel. The rooms were large, clean and had balconies, with a modern style, and breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and handled our room change immediately when noise from an event they were hosting became a problem. Very professional of them. I only held back the fifth star because there’s no elevator. We left the heavy things in the car.

The staff were friendly, and I had a pleasant stay. It’s a small, nice hotel with a pool, renovated rooms and working air conditioning. Breakfast was good, although sometimes you had to ask for more food or get someone to maintain the coffee machine. Finding nearby parking could be difficult. There’s a strict rule against bringing your own drinks, even water, to the pool, which is frustrating when it’s 37 degrees outside. Smoking is also allowed throughout the outdoor areas, including the dining area and pool, which was really annoying as a non-smoker.

The place was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and the Wi-Fi was fast. Breakfast was average, with limited choices, though the coffee was good. For a four-star stay, I expected bathroom vanity items and a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they weren't provided.
