I loved it. The service was really great.

The location is great, and for the price the rooms and facilities are decent, if nothing fancy. But the cleanliness needs work: the floors were sticky by the beds and there was hair in the shower. The hotel price also didn’t match what was shown online, and we were charged extra to use the AC. Worst of all was the evening receptionist. She greeted us coldly, wouldn’t get up from the sofa, made rude comments, and seemed unwilling to help. It felt like guests were a nuisance, with no customer service at all. I can’t understand why she was hired to work in a hotel. There’s no privacy either, since the same key opens every door. I don’t recommend it.

It’s a quiet location, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The finishes are classic, though nothing special.

It’s okay, but not exactly a beautiful place.
