For the price and location, the vila is good value, and the staff were friendly. I also liked the quiet area and the large bathroom. But calling it a 3 star hotel is a stretch. Water was dripping from the ceiling, with a bucket left in the room to catch it. The bed was lumpy and kept me from sleeping, the walls were cracked, and the bathroom was across the door from my room, with spiders and bits of fallen tile.

There's parking, and the downstairs bar serves really good coffee. The place wasn't very clean, though, and the whole neighborhood smelled like sewerage. Fine for a one night stop, but I wouldn't stay longer.

I'd only choose it if every other option was taken.
