The place looked rather abandoned when we arrived, and our two rooms were beside a very loud generator with a strong diesel smell. There was a lot of smoke smell too. The pool was very dirty, unusable, and didn't seem safe. Although the rooms were clean, the rest of the compound looked neglected and dirty, including the gardens. The manager's service was pretty rude. When we told them there was no hot water in the rooms, they didn't apologize or explain why. The place didn't seem cared for, and what we got was completely overpriced. One young staff member was nice and tried her best to move us to different rooms, but the conditions there made that hard to overcome.

Two years ago, the rooms had dust, spiders, and a bad cigarette smell. Today I was there just to eat and relax for two hours. We sat down, but nobody asked what we wanted to drink, and we had to chase the waitress to place an order. Only one person was serving both the pool and terrace, so everything was chaotic and badly organized. It's a shame, because about 9-10 years ago it was so beautiful there.

We had a great time at the restaurant for a big party of 120 people. The staff were lovely and happy to accommodate everything we needed. If the weather allows, there's a very nice outdoor area where guests can relax. I'd definitely recommend it!

The rooms were not clean enough. At first, everything seemed fine, but after a long evening out we got back around 12:30am and found one cockroach on the curtain. I thought it might have come in from outside, so I searched and found five more. We packed immediately, checked out, and asked for our money back, then moved to a nearby place with exceptional reviews on Booking. We had no trouble with the hotel staff, and getting the money back was easy and smooth. They didn't even ask to see the photos, which made me wonder if they already knew about the problem, though they said they hadn't heard of it. Cockroaches are completely unacceptable, especially at a price similar to much nicer hotels with spas.

With mountains all around, the location has lovely views, a tropical-vibes interior garden, and a picturesque pond beside a welcoming pool that's suitable for all ages. There's a playground beside the pool patio, and the bar has a decent cocktail selection. The rooms have a rustic feel that adds to the mountain atmosphere. The food is great, with a decent range of menu choices, including options for ovo-lacto-vegetarians, though international cuisine seems to get a little more attention than the local food I was hoping for. The staff are lovely and friendly, and they solved all issues quickly. There's plenty of parking, and on Fridays and Saturdays a DJ gets the pool area lively if you feel like partying a bit. All in all, a great choice and a lovely place.
