The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel looked great. But smoking indoors really hurt the experience. They said smoking was allowed on the terrace, but it was fully enclosed with no fresh air, which felt inconsiderate to nonsmokers and families with children. We struggled to enjoy dinner, and by the second morning the smoke was overwhelming, even reaching the second floor. Breakfast at 9:30 was disappointing too. The omelette was cold, and the ingredients seemed low quality.

After a long drive across Europe, this place was a lifesaver. We were traveling from Turkey toward England and stopped at clipa hotel. The room was huge, very clean, and had a nice view. The air conditioning worked so well that we slept great. The next morning, breakfast in the modern, clean lobby was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and kind. I highly recommend it.

Bad experience. Check-in was self-service and had lots of technical problems. The elevator didn’t work at night, and both the rooms and bathrooms smelled bad. There was even a notice in the shower telling guests to close the drain cover to stop the smell spreading. There was no parking lot at all, just street parking. Breakfast was poor. The coffee was the only good part, but the machine ran out of beans quickly and the wait felt endless. The hotel looks modern overall, but the service feels golden on the outside and smelly within.

The downstairs restaurant did look like the photos, and the two cleaning ladies serving breakfast were the best part of the morning. They acted like the aunties of the house. Breakfast itself was mediocre. Our room wasn’t what we expected for a four-night stay. The pictures in the booking ad show a remodeled room, but apparently not all rooms look like that. Ours had mold, broken furniture, and a minibar that looked like it had survived a baseball bat attack.
