George and his lovely family were such gracious hosts and went out of their way to accommodate us. The tours, rooms and food were all top notch. It was an awesome experience, highly recommended!

Dumbrava guest house is nicely decorated and sits right in the middle of the Danube delta. The hosts speak English and cook really well. They offered us amazing trips along the canals by boat. Great hosts and a great experience. Try the fish dishes, you won't regret it!

The home-cooked meals made with local produce were superb, and the boat trips through the waterways, across the lakes and down to the sea were stunning. Seeing pelicans feeding was unbelievable. Georges, Camilla and the family made us feel so welcome and looked after our every need. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday and made memories we'll treasure. I still can't quite believe I got to discover this little gem in the Danube delta. The house is impeccable, clean and cared for in every detail. But what stays with me most is how kind and humble the hosts are. They put so much care into making sure the memories you take home will keep comforting you. From looking after the house to cooking and taking guests on trips, everything they do feels exquisite. I'll make sure to recommend this place to everyone!

The nearby lakes are amazing, and the host can guide you to the best spots. It's a perfect place to visit Delta Dunarii, with a very beautiful house.
