The food had plenty of variety and was high quality, and the staff and manager were kind and helpful. Our room was just what I expected, and the pool was really clean. The hotel is close to the beach too. I had the best experience here! Congrats on everything.

We only used the swimming pool and didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel, but it was a wonderful experience. When the sea was too cold during our time in Vama Veche, the pool gave us a great alternative, just a seven-minute walk from the beach and close to the center, though across the main road. The pool is huge, so it works for a quick dip or swimming a few laps. The water was very clean, with not too much chlorine, so our eyes didn't sting after a long swim. The pool staff were kind and attentive, and brought our drinks quickly.

We’ve been coming with large groups for four years, and it's always been a pleasure. The staff are really friendly and pay attention to details. The food is decent, and you can get free soda refills at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The rooms can be a bit hit or miss. Depending on where yours is, you might have trouble getting hot water in the evening.

The pool looks great and is a pleasure to swim in, and the place overall is nice. The rooms are average, though the service wasn't great. On my fourth day, I asked to have my towels replaced and room service wanted me to pay for them. I was a little shocked, but the manager at reception helped sort it out. The food was average too. It looked okay, but lacked flavor. This is my second year here, and I'll probably come again next year. I hope this feedback helps improve the service, which I'm sure can happen.
