The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel itself is nice, but the service at the bar and pool left me very disappointed. Some bartenders seem to have favorite customers, though I doubt tips are the reason, and they ignore everyone else. They wouldn't even reply when I said hello. Not all of them acted this way, but some really need more training and better manners.

The rooms are just the right size, and the staff are very helpful. Everything was very clean. For me, this is the best hotel in Vama Veche.

The place is clean and has good amenities, and it could be a relaxing stay in Vama Veche if a couple of things improved. One night, some guests were loud at 3 a.m., and I wish someone had stepped in. The bigger issue was our check-in: they made an error, then expected us to pay for it and gave us a whole lecture about how we should have known the hotel's schedule. Given their rates, customer service needs work.

The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the location is great. Service was mediocre at best, though. Loud music carried on late, and when I wanted to sleep around 1 or 2 a.m., I just couldn't.

A family-friendly resort on the Romanian Black Sea coast, with a lovely kids' corner and its own beach. You can choose between the sea and the swimming pool. Compared with other hotels offering both a private beach and pool, the prices are affordable. One of the best places around.
