The breakfast is included, there's a decent-sized room, and the parking lot is large. But I wouldn't recommend staying here. This doesn't feel like three-star accommodation, and for a similar budget, or just a little more, you can find somewhere much better. The rooms need renovation. You can hear other guests' conversations, TV, phones, sneezes, and even farts through the cardboard-thin walls. If kids are running and jumping around while you're tired, good luck sleeping, the whole room vibrates. The door lock is coming apart, the bathroom sink leaks all over the floor, and the shower cabin leaks too. There's no cold water at the sink, which explains the warning not to drink the water. I nearly scalded my gums brushing my teeth. Watch the power switches, they may fall apart. On top of that, kitchen smells, like omelette, drift into the rooms.

It was such a lovely experience in this warm, cozy place. The rooms were really clean and had everything we needed. Even in April, they were very warm.

We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was tasty. For two nights in a room, including the Christmas festive dinner, it cost around 250 euros. The hotel looks great, and the rooms are clean with big windows. The manager was so nice, always there with a smile and happy to chat or point us toward attractions around Vatra Dornei. Would recommend!

There wasn't enough parking, the ventilation was dirty, and the lights and sockets were broken. The shower drained badly and flooded the whole bathroom. The curtains let in all the light, and there was practically nothing provided besides soap. The woman at reception, though, was super nice.

The hotel looks like an old mansion, from the carpets right through to the TV. The furniture is old, so cleanliness was about as good as that allows. Still, the room was warm and the hot water worked. The location gets 4.5 out of 5 if you're planning to use the ski lift, which is 200-300m away. The parking gets 3 out of 5. It seems too small, and the sloped lot could be tricky with snow or ice. We found a spot because the hotel wasn't full. We paid about 200 lei, roughly 41 euros, for a queen-bed room, and the value for money felt like a 3. City parking costs around 1.5 euros a day, while hotel parking is free. The restaurant only served breakfast, probably because of the pandemic. We ate at Lordinu and Casa Bucovineană, and both were good. Overall, it felt like a 3.5-star stay.
