Hotel Anca

The sheets and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the two rooms I had were not bad. But after I reported a wet ceiling in one bathroom, nobody came to even look at it during the seven days we were there. The sheets weren’t changed and there was no room cleaning. The fridge in the second room was dirty too. The first room had two wall sockets, the second only one, and every room in the apartment we went into had just one. They did some renovations a while ago, but it still doesn’t seem like enough. Two stars feels like the hotel’s real rating.

A hotel with just one star at most. There was dirt everywhere, and the carpets were filthy. Nobody seemed to vacuum or clean. If anyone inspected the place, I’m sure they’d close this hole. The owner and staff were rude and didn’t know how to treat people. Be careful paying in advance, because you may end up paying more than the price shown on the hotel site when you stay.

The hotel is old and has had only a few updates. Hot water stopped without warning, and the staff and atmosphere were awful. Don’t book full board, it’s a scam because they don’t provide full board. A very bad hotel!

Do not book through their website! We got a reservation confirmation and were even asked to complete online check-in the day before, which we did. But when we arrived, we weren’t in the database and had no reservation. The man at reception, Vlad, had no solution for us. We made a complaint to the local authority and left because we were tired and had to find another hotel. Don’t even consider staying here.
