We came with my family hoping for a relaxing holiday, but it turned into a nightmare. The rooms weren't ready even though we'd booked days ahead, and the staff were rude. I had to beg for towels and blankets, and they insisted they'd already given us everything instead of bringing more. The pool was dirty, even though we had to pay for it, and the booking site hadn't mentioned that. Kitchen staff were clumsy and served us food as if we were dogs. The place was expensive, which made the way they treated us feel even worse. In the room, the AC wouldn't turn off unless I got up and switched it off manually. The shower drain was blocked with dirt and hair, so the water wouldn't flow. I recorded it all. I don't recommend going.

The food was really nice and there was a good range to choose from. Service was a little slow, though I think it may have been because I could only speak English. Would I go back? Yes :)

The restaurant staff don't deserve even one star!!!!!!! The reception staff, though, were kind. The rooms were clean, the air conditioner worked, and the pool was big and clean. Good tripe soup, too.
