We really enjoyed the spa, especially the pool and saunas. The cocktails at the bar were great, and the restaurant at Ramada stood out too. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, with flavors that invited us to try new things while still offering familiar favorites. I’d call it the best restaurant in town. The hotel is in a desirable central area, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and shops, so exploring was easy without transport. At check-in, the welcoming staff made us feel well looked after. Our room was clean and spacious, with a splendid city view. We’ve stayed in many hotels as world travelers, and this one surpassed our expectations. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying again when we’re back in town.

The room, service, and location were good. Still, I gave it one star because I was charged for a can of Sprite from the minibar that I hadn't used. Check the minibar when you arrive, or you may have a hard time explaining it at checkout. I was rushing to the airport and didn't want to keep arguing.

I came to visit friends, I'm Mexican, and we had dinner here. The hospitality was AMAZING, with excellent service from our server and the manager, adelina. The burger I ordered was delicious, and when they heard I loved papanași and was visiting from overseas, they made some for me 🤤🔥. The bartender was making quality drinks, too! 🍻 Stay, eat, or just drop by to say hi and see what's going on. You won't regret it. 💯

The kindness of the staff astonished me. Yasmin, the manager, did a great job making us feel at home. She checked in several times and brought extra water and towels for the spa, among other help. The service and hospitality were extremely good, and my recent stay was wonderful and met my expectations. I'd definitely stay here again if I return. Thank you!
