They let me look at several rooms and choose one, then brought dinner so I could eat in my room. I was exhausted, and sitting there with the balcony view was just what I needed. The hosts were welcoming and gave me loads of ideas for my Romania trip, including hikes. I tried their suggestions, and it made for the best week I could have hoped for. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We only stayed one night, but Ms. Ligia made such an impression. She was lovely with me and my friends, and really helpful while we planned our hike. The room was nice, and breakfast was good too. We loved her and the place, and we'll surely be back. 🫶

The walk to the city center takes about five minutes. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the hosts were lovely and generous. A great place to stay in Zărnești.

We came to Pensiunea Kyfana for a reunion with old friends, and our outdoor celebrations ran late and got noisy. The host was still incredibly warm and accommodating, never making us feel unwelcome and going out of their way to see that we had what we needed. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the property had beautiful views over the surrounding area. I was impressed by the service and attention to detail. The host helped make our reunion a memorable, enjoyable stay. I'd highly recommend Pensiunea Kyfana to anyone looking for somewhere welcoming, comfortable, and beautiful in the area.

Ask the hosts about hiking routes and you'll get a wealth of information. It's a great base for lots of trails, with food, WiFi, and even a family-run mini store available. The place is very clean, and the hosts do everything they can to make your stay a good one. We got a warm welcome, lovely hospitality, a great view, and an excellent location.
