The balcony view was lovely, and the room had a comfortable bed and its own bathroom. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel was clean and pleasant. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I was satisfied with everything.

We ended up not staying, even though we were looking for a 12-night stay. When I called to ask about availability, the person who answered was rude and immediately defensive, saying, “we don't accept vouchers” before we'd even had a chance to explain. We then said we wanted to stay and asked about the price, but the way they replied put us off completely. We decided not to bother with the place.

The garden is amazing, and the atmosphere is good. Staff are friendly, and the bar is nice. It would be good if they added a restaurant in the future.
