We'd booked massages for three people, but they said only one person was available to do them, so each of us would have to wait an hour for the previous person to finish. When we arrived, we were shocked by how different the place looked from its Instagram pictures. It wasn't clean, there were no professional massages, and the people there barely spoke English. What finally made me leave halfway through a massage was that she was literally petting me. They'd also given us used towels with stains on them. Worst experience ever.

The idea of a private SPA is there, but this place has a long way to go to reach a high standard. The pool water was cold, the chairs were very dirty, and used, dirty glasses had been left on the table by the previous clients for over two hours. The Jacuzzi wasn't working, even though we'd made the appointment two days ahead. They should have called to let clients know, so we could reschedule.

The massage itself was great, but we had to go one at a time. The place was filthy, with mold, spiderwebs, and even silverfish. Not hygienic at all.

Small, clean spa, and I'd recommend booking ahead. The location could be better, but if you're in or near Zemun, give it a visit, or book accommodation there.

For the price, it's okay. The spa options are amazing.
