Zemun is a convenient base, with public transport nearby, and the photos make the apartment look lovely. In reality, though, it needs renovation. The blinds don't block the morning light, which fell on the bed, so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. There was no wardrobe during my stay, leaving me nowhere to put my things; the owners bought one that still needed installing. The price wasn't lowered to account for that shortcoming. It should be fine for less demanding guests on a short stay.

Everything feels set up for guests, from the complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar to the clean, lovely smelling towels and sheets. The apartment is neat, the internet works perfectly, and the large TV has countless channels. It's close to all the amenities, and the hosts are kind and helpful. A 10!
