Paradise! The location in Belgrad was the best I've ever had there, right in the city center but peaceful and quiet. The room was top notch and very clean, and it was only 12 Euro a night. He also gives a discount for longer stays. The owner was always willing to help, including lending me money when I lost some, without asking questions. Whenever he was around, he offered me a real Serbian Domaci Kafa. He's earned my respect, and so has his dog Franky 😂. Thank you, Miodrag, for such an amazing time! Fabian, Switzerland

Don't go there, it's a ghost hotel! I got to the address where the hotel was supposedly located, but there was no sign, nothing on the building, and nobody waiting for me. I'd told the owner when I planned to arrive. I tried contacting the hotel and booking site but got no luck, and at 11pm I was left out on the street with nowhere to stay.

The landlord is nice, but this is basically just a room in an apartment. We were there in summer, and it got incredibly hot. There was no air conditioning, and city noise woke us in the morning. You also can't cook anything in the kitchen. The location is excellent: there's a temple to the right, and a square with a bus stop to the left, though the stop has now been moved to the other side of the square.
