The host is incredibly nice, and the location is excellent. The room is a little tight, but super clean.

The location is good, but it was hard to sleep with the loud nightclubs across the street open until dawn. The alternative club, KC Grad, closes very early. There was nobody at reception, and the room was tiny, with windows opening onto an airless staircase. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable, and the bathroom stayed wet after a shower. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and each has a private bathroom. The price is so cheap that the broken floorboards and need for renovation didn’t bother me much. The owner is quirky, usually in his boxers, but lovely when you meet him, even though English clearly isn’t his main language. It’s a good budget option within about 20 minutes of almost everything, except House of Flowers and similar places, if you can manage the stairs. Don’t be put off by the entrance, the courtyard and street actually feel very safe. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great for a short stay. The bed is comfy, there’s air conditioning, and every room has its own very clean bathroom. Hot water ran all the time, so there was no waiting. The internet was nice and fast, and the people working there were especially nice :)
