A very poor apartment experience. We booked through Booking, but he canceled that reservation, claiming we'd booked twice, then put us in the room. I believe he canceled through Booking to avoid paying the state 8 euros in tax. We wanted to object, but it was 11 p.m. and we were worried we wouldn't find somewhere else. The hotel charge was 58 euros. When we offered 3 euros in coins, he said he couldn't take them and rudely tossed them onto the table. We also asked for an iron and were told one would be brought, but it never arrived. The owner was extremely rude. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room had a cigarette smell. The owner took the money and opened the window, but wouldn't refund us when we asked. In the middle of the night, the owner called and said there was supposedly noise from our room bothering other people. When I said I'd post a review, the owner threatened that things would go badly for me if I did, and said it would be better not to. This happened about two years ago, so I don't know whether anything has changed since.
