Belgrade Art Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals

The staff were attentive and friendly, and Ms. Maya made us feel very welcome. We stayed in this lovely hotel in the heart of Belgrade and especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, coffee included.

A great hotel in a perfect spot, with excellent service. I’d recommend using the hotel’s taxi service: there are lots of taxi scams in Belgrad, including with official taxis, and this way you can get one at a fair price.

The hotel’s calm atmosphere made it easy to relax, and the staff looked after us throughout our stay. My grandmother had been here once before, and this was my first visit. We both had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back! ❤️ Everything was kept clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and a roomy, pleasant shower. Breakfast was excellent, served in a lovely boutique-style setting. The restaurant staff made our coffee just how we like it, while reception patiently answered our questions, arranged taxis and helped with our bags. The location is amazing, close to shops and a beautiful park. When our flight was delayed on the last day, the hotel happily let us keep the room until 4 PM at no extra cost. 🙏

Front desk staff were incredible. When we were stuck at a restaurant and couldn’t order a taxi, they sent one over within five minutes. With roadworks and the street pedestrianised, they also walked us to pickup points for other taxis so we wouldn’t get lost. They gave us some fabulous tips for things to do and places to eat. The location put us right among the live music, shops and cafes, which was lovely. The service was amazing. Our room was a little small, though we didn’t spend much time there, and the air conditioning was a bit temperamental. Housekeeping could’ve done better too: we ran short of toilet paper once, and the room could have been cleaner. Those were minor niggles and didn’t detract from our experience.
