The photos promise a certain reality, but there are big gaps. This Airbnb is in the Belgrade waterfront area, and you can look up above the light shaft to see the construction going on. The bulky waste and building debris stored there aren’t visible from that angle. At 8 a.m. sharp, the facade workers and their power grinders will gently wake you while the site keeps progressing. The host was helpful whenever we needed anything, and the apartment was very clean and well kept. It’s an easy walk to the nice spots along the Sava promenade. For anyone arriving by car, underground parking is included and gives direct access to the apartment. The unit has the amenities you’d want for a short stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Good value for the money.

I booked one night through booking.com and guaranteed the accommodation payment by card. The day before check-in, I was told the apartment I’d reserved wasn’t available. I felt pressured to cancel the reservation myself so I could cancel for free, with the risk that they might take the money from my card otherwise. DO NOT BOOK! I’d give zero stars if I could.

The apartment was spotless and properly maintained, and the host was ready to help. It’s within walking distance of the nice places on the Sava promenade. The unit had everything we needed for a short visit, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Underground parking is included with direct access to the apartment, and it’s very good value for money.

You’ve got what you need here, plus an underground car park. The problem is all the construction sites nearby, where work can carry on until 2 a.m. in the early morning.
