The apartment we got was completely different from the one we booked, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was filthy, dusty, and dirty, and the staff were rude and arrogant. We weren’t treated seriously as guests. The worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. Awful, with zero professionalism.

Everything was spotless when we arrived, which mattered most to me. The apartment was also decorated really nicely. I’d happily recommend it.
